Can I use besan on my face everyday?

Add a pinch of turmeric to curd and besan mix; apply on your face and neck daily. This homemade face pack makes your skin supple and smooth. Additionally, it works to remove suntan. Apply (gram flour) Besan and water on your whole body to reduce the hair growth.

Procedure:

Combine 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of gram flour. Apply the paste in the direction of the hair growth. However, make sure to scrub in the opposite direction.

Leave on for about 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Pat with a clean dry towel.

Make your own turmeric face mask

2 tablespoons of flour. You can use regular flour, rice flour or ground oats if your skin is dry.

1 teaspoon turmeric.

3 tablespoons milk. You can also use yogurt to fight acne.

A few drops of honey.

Relax for at least 20 minutes, giving your face mask sufficient time to dry and stiffen. Now, you can rinse with warm water, making sure to gently remove all remnants of your mask. Finally, splash some cold water on your face and pat dry.

How to Dress in India

A petticoat is basically an underskirt that is tied at the waist and is used to tuck in the pleats and drape the saree. Some petticoats even have decorations like lace, ribbon, shimmer, sequins, etc on them that shows subtly under sheer sarees. Sometimes, women can even wear tight churidar pants, or even fitting jeans.

Turmeric usually does not cause significant side effects; however, some people can experience stomach upset, nausea, dizziness, or diarrhea. In one report, a person who took very high amounts of turmeric, over 1500 mg twice daily, experienced a dangerous abnormal heart rhythm.
